DELIVERY INFORMATION We value your business and endeavor to have all orders processed within 48 hours of receiving them, if there is going to be a delay we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation. Please note – we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders billing address. PLEASE NOTE: Any Order that leaves us via courier, the responsibility will lie solely with the courier regarding delivery. We will inform you via Email with your tracking number once your Order has been dispatched (if provided). Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once they are delivered. Large items over 10kg in weight or requiring additional insurance will be charged at cost and will be notified to the customer prior to dispatch. Modern Guitars primarily use Royal Mail Parcel services or UPS to dispatch goods to customers. We will use the most appropriate service available for the goods being dispatched these services normally require a signature on receipt of the package(s). We reserve the right to use alternative methods at our discretion. We are also happy to use a courier of your choice. We can ship on a cash on dispatch basis if you wish to send money with a courier although this is at your own risk. MAIL ORDER GUARANTEE Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were sent out with their original packaging ONLY if arrangements are made by email or telephone with 48 hours of receipt. Goods will be exchanged or refunded free of postage charges if the mistake is ours, otherwise post and packing will be charged at cost. Delivery and collection charges are not refundable. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here: www.hmso.gov.uk.
