Although every effort is made to maintain accuracy, this website and our catalogue should not be regarded as an infallible guide to the current specifications of any particular product and the material contained in this website is for information purposes only. Modern Guitars by permitting the use of this website does not make any recommendation or endorsement as to any product or other service or advisor, or to any material submitted by third parties or items linked to this website.
PAYMENT
Modern Guitars must receive payment in full before any items are dispatched. Where applicable and unless otherwise stated any prices quoted by are inclusive of UK tax and duty. This does not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non-EU countries. Please check with your countries customs office for further details.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We value your business and endeavour to have all orders processed within 48 hours of receiving them, if there is going to be a delay we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation.
Please note – we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders billing address. PLEASE NOTE: Any Order that leaves us at via courier, the responsibility will lie solely with the courier regarding delivery. We will inform you via Email with your tracking number once your Order has been dispatched (if provided). Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once they are delivered.
Large items over 10kg in weight or requiring additional insurance will be charged at cost and will be notified to the customer prior to dispatch.
Deliveries to outside the UK mainland (i.e. Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Shetland), Europe and beyond, please phone or email for delivery quotation on 07895355482 Carriage charges may change at our discretion but will be listed here and will be shown at the time any order is placed online.
Modern Guitars primarily use Royal Mail Parcel services or UPS to dispatch goods to customers. We will use the most appropriate service available for the goods being dispatched these services normally require a signature on receipt of the package(s). We reserve the right to use alternative methods at our discretion.
MAIL ORDER GUARANTEE
Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were sent out with their original packaging ONLY if arrangements are made by email or telephone with 48 hours of receipt. Goods will be exchanged or refunded free of postage charges if the mistake is ours, otherwise post and packing will be charged at cost. Delivery and collection charges are not refundable. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here: www.hmso.gov.uk.
WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY. WE CHECK ALL RETURNS CAREFULLY BEFORE A REFUND CAN BE MADE AND THIS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO COMPLETE.

Modern Guitars will collect and store information about you if you place an order for the purposes of processing and fulfilling that order. We will collect and store any data that you may volunteer to us whilst using our services, e.g. (registration, placing an order or requesting further information). Modern Guitars takes every precaution to ensure your privacy and that customer information is protected in both online and offline form.
